Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

If you feel your order is urgent, please upgrade to 1st class postage and let me know that it is urgent and I will try to get it to you ASAP.

The default postage will be Royal Mail 2nd class but you will have the option to choose 1st class during the checkout process.
Postage is calculated automatically.

2nd class postage-
Orders between £0.01 and £25.00 just £2.95
Orders £25.01+ and postage is FREE

1st class postage-
All orders sent first class will be £3.95

All parcels up to 1kg in weight will be covered by the flat rate shipping price. If your parcel weighs over 1kg, I will contact you with an invoice for the outstanding amount and then you can choose if you would like to still go ahead.

Europe and Northern Ireland- £10.00 

USA, Australia and the rest of the world- £15.00 (Excluding dog treats)

In the event of an item being faulty or damaged, please email me as soon as you can within 7 days of receiving the item and a refund will be given upon receipt of the returned item or clear photographs of the fault or damage depending on what we discuss when you first email me. I will pay for the return postage if an item is faulty or damaged.

If you change your mind about your purchase, items can be returned to me for a full refund (minus the postage you originally paid) in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt but buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage.
If you wish to return an item between 14 and 30 days after purchase, I will not refund but will offer an exchange which can be any items to the value of your original purchase.

After 30 days, I'm afraid there isn't really anything I can do but that would be dependent on circumstances so please do contact me to discuss. 

Dog treats cannot be returned.


You can pay for your order via Paypal, using a credit or debit card, worldpay, bank transfer (Email me to arrange) and now, via the telephone.
To make a payment over the telephone you simply need to email me your order including your preferred postage method and I will email you back to confirm the total cost and to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to phone to make the payment.
